Not much is left of the vehicle following the Brrrrtttt run performed by the Warthog by means of its powerful GAU-8/A Avenger 30 mike-mike cannon.
Here’s an impressive video of a Taliban vehicle having a very bad day.
Taken on Jan. 24, 2018 the impressive footage in this post (probably collected by a drone providing intelligence and reconnaissance) shows a U.S. Air Force (USAF) A-10 Thunderbolt II conducting a strike on a Taliban vehicle fleeing the scene of an attack in Kandahar province. The insurgents in the vehicle were armed with a DShK heavy machine gun, which they had been using to attack the Afghan people.

As you can see not much is left of the vehicle following the Brrrrtttt run performed by the Warthog by means of its powerful GAU-8/A Avenger 30 mike-mike cannon.

The A-10 is the first U.S. Air Force aircraft designed specifically for close air support of ground forces. It is named for the famous P-47 Thunderbolt, a fighter often used in a close air support role during the latter part of World War II. The A-10 is very maneuverable at low speeds and low altitudes to ensure accurate weapons delivery, and it carries the systems and armor needed to survive in this environment. It is intended for use against all ground targets, but specifically tanks and other armored vehicles.
